Between the provinces of Cuneo and Asti, we find Le Lange, the historical region of Piedmont, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014.
Le Langhe is a series of hills, vineyards, castles and villages, which in autumn become a place where you can not miss gourmets around the world. From September to the end of November, the Alba White Truffle Season, a true delicacy that sprinkles many dishes of the Piedmont tradition, takes place.
I invite you to a Cooking Class for cooking a traditional Piedmont dinner. I will make do-it-yourself tayarin or agnolotti pasta with my own hands, which can be decorated with white Alba truffle while sipping a glass of Barolo.
We will also prepare brazato al barolo meat and dessert. After preparing the Italian dinner, we ourselves will eat it, accompanied by excellent Piedmont wines.
I invite you to the gastronomic region of Italy, the most beautiful in the world.
